At long last after my 62nd birthday, I decided I should focus on myself and spend some time in the gym. I joined a gym near my home and enlisted the training experience of the staff at the gym. I felt like I was being given a pre-programmed work out laid out in a spreadsheet in advance. After a couple of months I thought there had to be a better way. I was right!

By chance, I saw Matt on social media, and I reached out to him.  The online conversation turned into a meeting, and this meeting was amazing. Matt was able to explain his methods and process to help me. I agreed to his plan for training and enjoyed the one-on-one experience even more!

We began to enjoy each other’s company and my workout routine began to show results!  ​
My body was enjoying the workouts and growing muscle. One of the things i noticed was that before beginning my training with Matt, I would wake up with numbness in my arm. Being a side sleeper my circulation was compromised in my arm. But after several weeks I now sleep without my arm going numb!!! The muscle I gained is real, and my arms are bigger and stronger, and my chest, legs, and calves are also stronger! I am also enjoying better posture and less fatigue at work!
