History of ConnFITicutConnFITicut personal training was a brain child I had one day after an afternoon workout (all of my best ideas come during or after exercise!) when I realized that there was a lack of "intelligent" personal fitness programming in my area of residence. The name popped into my head (rhymes with Connecticut, my state of residence) and within a week I had a logo.

2. I travel to you! We can workout at a location of your choice.
3. Sessions are typically >60 minutes (depending on your needs and experience).
4. I'm credentialed by the highest regarded association in the industry, the American College of Sports Medicine.
5. I have lots of experience working with all kinds of people, and I have taught, coached and trained people from ages 2-90. I specialize in helping people who consider themselves to be "beginners".
