Hi, I'm Dr. Matt!I'm an exercise physiologist, trainer and adjunct professor at Teachers College - Columbia University. While my primary responsibilities are in clinical support, teaching and research, I spend my extra time personal training (in person and online). I've worked in fitness since 2001 and have been personal training since 2010. I have been credentialed by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as an exercise physiologist since 2002.
